FSU COMMERICAL MUSIC PROGRAM
(Site Excerpt) The Commercial Music program at Florida State University combines the discipline of a traditional music degree in partnership with the College of Business to help young musicians learn the skills they will need to enter the music industry, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Music as well as a minor in Business. An extra bonus available is students spend a semester interning in an area that suits their interest and future plans. These are varied and have included major recording studios in New York, Nashville, and Los Angeles, record labels, publishers, licensing agencies, and artist management agencies, to name a few.

Application into the program is a two step process. Check out the application process here.
The process is different then most programs, requiring you to compose two original songs, but dont be intimidated by that, you can do it.
Plus if your lucky like my daugther, youll have a stepdad that is awesome at writing songs. If youre not lucky like that, Id like to note that nowhere on the requirements say the songs must have words.
